CRRECENT is recruiting Volunteers to raise money to fund a shelter project and then spend a week working with the local community to construct vital facilities.

In April 2016 CRRECENT will be breaking the ground for the building of a shelter to serve as a six-month stopover facility for boys and girls who have been released from the juvenile correctional centres and remand homes. CRRECENT currently has been holding these young persons in temporal locations to re-orient and equip them with skills and education for life. The facility will also be used to provide support to the diversionary measures under the Juvenile Justice Act for children who otherwise should not be placed in correctional centres and also for at risk young persons who may come into conflict with the law if left without support.
